中文摘要 | 由於原油中各種成份結構與比重之差異,單一原油或不同原油摻混時可能出現 油料分層或瀝青質(Asphaltenes)沉降現象,引起輸儲作業及煉製操作上的困擾。成品油 如燃料油之分層或不混容亦會引起油品是否符合規範之爭議問題。本研究將待測之單一或 混合油料至於乳化柏油穩定試驗瓶中,靜置一星期後,將油料自側流管分成上、中、下三 層流出,並分別測定各層油料的比重、瀝青質含量等,由其差異觀察原油分層情形。測定 多種原油之主要結果如下: 1.除高腊原油(WTC)於室溫時明顯分為液、固兩層外,其它單一原油無明顯之分層或 瀝青質沉降現象。 2.兩種不同類之原油混合均勻後無明顯之分層或瀝青質沉降現象。 3.單一原油之重質餾份無明顯之分層現象。 4.兩種不同原油之重質餾份,如果極性指標差異大於340而且API差異大於18,則有不 混容問題。 |
英文摘要 | The upset of operation in crude distillatiori. units was sometimes imputed to the stratification of crude in tank. To observe whether stratification is possible in thoroughly mixed crudes or residues, 250 ml of thoroughly mixed sample was transferred to a graduate cylinder with side arms to drain the sample at different height. The sample was let standstill for one week. It was then separated into upper, middle, and lower layers. The specific gravity and asphalttene content for each !aver were measured to observe the possibility of stratification. Spot tests were also conducted on these layers. We foundthat except for high wax crude, no significant stratification or asphaltene deposition could be observed for a single crude or mixture of different types of crudes. For the residue from a single crude, no significant stratification or asphaltene deposition could be observed either. For the mixture of residues from different crudes with large difference in polarity index and API, different spot pattern for different layers could be observed from spot test. |
