中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在從使用者對虛擬實境導覽系統所表現的視覺效果,來探討使用者所重視的視覺因素,提供作為軟體開發廠商與相關設計業者未來設計開發軟體的參考。本研究先定義出六項視覺特性因子, 透過資訊賣場實證調查得到298份有效問卷進行因素分析,萃取出兩個使用者所注重的視覺因素構面,分別為視覺效能導向及視覺疲勞導向構面。再依得到的兩構面進行集群分析,將消費者分成四群,並依各群所表現的使用者群性討論後給予軟體設計上市場區隔的建議,開發人員可依廠商本身的目標來調整其市場的策略,來做為改善其軟體產品在考量視覺設計方面的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the critical factors of ergonomic visual effects from the view of users browsing virtual reality (VR) guiding system. First, the study defines six important factors of ergonomic visual effects and surveys users after they browse test examples of VR guiding system empirically at computer marketing plaza. Among total, 298 effective responses are corrected, and then factor analysis is used to extract critical feature factors. The results reveal that the prior two critical ergonomic visual effects which users of VR guiding system treasured are visual effectiveness and visual fatigue oriented features. Based on the features, clustering analysis is used to group the uses into four classes. According to the characteristics of each distinguished class, some design criteria and suggestion relevant VR guiding system based on the marketing segment are also proposed. Software designer could depend on firm's goal and adjust its marketing strategy to purchase customer. The findings are also referred to software designer to improve product design under consideration of ergonomic visual effects. |
