中文摘要 | 本試驗採用9胎28日齡離乳仔豬共36頭,依逢機完全區集設計,按胎別及體重等 為區集分入 3 個處理組中。 第 1 組為基礎料 (負對照組 ),第 2 組添加免疫促進劑樂美素 60ppm( 正對照組 ),第 3 組為高維生素預混料。細胞性免疫抗體力價之測試,以植物血凝 素 (phytohemagglutinin, PHA) 做皮膚腫脹試驗; 體液性免疫測試以綿羊紅血球 (sheep red blood cells, SRBC) 對血球凝集抗體力價檢測,與假性狂犬病 (pseudorabies, PR)GI 缺損死毒疫苗檢測體液性免疫功效,抗體力價測試於試驗開始後 2 週與 5 週後免疫,各測 試一次。 試驗結果顯示:高維生素添加飼料中,在離乳前 2 週間,雖可改善其生長性能, 但差異不顯著 (p>0.05); 在試驗 3~8 週間確可極顯著的改善隻日增重 (=0.0007) 與飼料 攝食量 (=0.0093),但對飼料換肉率則無顯著的差異 (p=0.4034)。 試驗全期觀之 (0~8 週 間 ),極顯著的改善隻日增重 (p=0.0022) 與飼料攝食量 (p=0.0089), 然對飼料換肉率亦 無顯著性的差異 (p=0.7011) 。 以 PHA 測試皮膚腫脹反應, 結果各組間差異不顯著 (p>0.05)。2 次 SRBC 注射對保育豬血球凝集 (hemagglutination, HA) 抗體力價測試結果 , 正對照組 (樂美素組 ) 顯著地高於負對照組與高維生素組 (p=0.0382、0.0283)。 經 2 次 PR(GI �� )免疫對保育豬中和 (serum neutralizing, SN) 抗體力價測試結果,三組間 差異均不顯著 (p=0.3096、0.4804)。 綜上所述,本試驗高維生素預混料對保育仔豬有增進 隻日增重及飼料攝食量之效,尤其是離乳 2 週後,有極顯著的改善效果 (p<0.01)。但高維 生素預混料對特異性免疫反應,尚無法增進。 |
英文摘要 | This trial involving 36 pigs was conducted to evaluate the effects of high-level dietary vitamins on the growth performance and sitmulation of immune responses in weaned pigs. The pigs were allocated into three groups:(1)Basal diet--containing 0.3% standard-level vitamin premix(negative control);(2)Basal diet+60 ppm Levamisole(Immune stimulator--positive control);(3)Basal diet with 0.3% high-level vitamins in diet instead of that in standard level in group. 1.The pigs were fed on the pre-starter and starter diets ad libitum in first two weeks and 3-8 weeks of test, respectively. The skin swelling test was also held with PHA on weeks 2 and 5 after the beginning of experiment. The pigs were immunized with SRBC and PR (GI �� ) on weeks 2 and 5. Blood samples were taken right before immunization and 10, 21 days after injection or vaccination for HA and PR antibody titer determination, respectively. The results showed that high-level dietary vitamins significantly increased the growth performance of daily gain and feed intake(p<0.01)for weaned pigs, but no improvement was found in feed conversion(p>0.05).There were no significant differences (p>0.05)on the skin swelling test with PHA among the three groups. The group of positive control (Levamisole)in the test of immunity response with SRBC injection was significantly different (p<0.05) from negative control and high vitamin groups. There were no significant differences (p>0.05)among the three groups in the test of immunity response with PR(GI �� ) vaccination. In conclusion, high-level vitamin had a notable effect on the growth performance, but did not stimulate the immunity function in weaned pigs. |
