中文摘要 | 本研究利用罰制式有限元素法來對一血管末端導流輔助器中黏性穩態流之行為做 數值模擬,而所探討連接於等待管路之角度包含有 30 °,45 °及 60 °三種狀況。 基於 電腦模擬之實驗,本研究提出一種接合角度為 45 °但在接合度有經簡單修飾的裝置,此種 新的設計可以得到比其他接合方式有較佳之血流動力參數,譬如較低剪流率差與壓力降落, 因而可減少由於流動型態而所併發之副作用。這些計算之資料可提供在接枝導管系統中因不 同接合角而所產生流場特性之內涵。 |
英文摘要 | Numerical simulations for viscous flows in an arterial graft distal anastomosis, with specimens of junction angles 30°, 45° and 60° connected to the host vessel, are examined by finite element method with penalty function approach. Based on the computer experiments, the specimen of junction angle 45° with a simple modification at the junction connection is proposed in this study. This new design may obtain better hemodynamic parameters such as lower difference in shear rate and lower pressure drop than those of other specimens, and thus leading to reduce the side effects caused by the flow patterns. The computational information may provide an insight of flow characteristics that occurred in the bypass graft system with varying junction angles. |
