中文摘要 | 為了解核能發電廠運轉時對周圍微生物生態之影響,選擇第一核能發電廠,探討其廠區內外土壤微生物生態之變化。自1996年8月7日至1998年5月16日共計九次樣品中,發現第一核能發電廠除反應爐周圍外,其土壤pH值介於3.94-6.94之間,廠區內土壤水分含量比廠區外略低。每克乾重土壤含細菌10⁵~10⁷個菌落,真菌10⁴~10⁶個菌落和放線菌10³~10⁵個菌落。纖維素分解菌佔總菌數16.7-88.8%,溶磷活性菌佔2.0-21.7%和固氮菌佔1.2-18.8%。上層土壤微生物含量比下層土壤高,由統計分析發現,上下層土壤細菌和真菌含量有顯著性差異者(P<0.05)約佔四成,而放線菌有顯著性差異者佔兩成。反應爐旁山坡處及廠區外土壤微生物含量比距反應爐外1km及2km處高,且部份呈顯著性差異。由統計分析土壤微生物數量及分布與核反應爐距離之關係,發現其間關係並不明顯。 |
英文摘要 | To investigate the effect of muclear power plant on the microbial ecology, the Nuclear Power Plant No. 1 in Taipei county was chosen and total bacterial, actinomycete, fungal, cellulolytic, phosphate solubilizing and nitrogen-fixing microbes were used as the parameters. It was found that soil pH was between 3.94 and 6.94 except in an area near the nuclear power generator, soil moisture content in the power plant was lower than that in the surrounding area. Microbial population at some of to-soils had statistically significanty higher than that at the sub-soils. Microbial population in the surrounding area was also higher than that in the power plant area, but the difference was not significant. The ratio of cellulolytic and phosphate-solubilizing microbes to the total count in the surrounding area was also higher than that in the power plant area, while the ratio of nitrogen-fixing microbes to the total count was not significant difference. No correlation can be made between soil microbial population and the distance of the sampling locations from the nuclear power generator. |
