中文摘要 | The objective of the experiment was to examine the effects of dietary phytase or Aspergillus ficuum (AF) supplements on P, Ca and protein utillization by growing pigs. A total of twelve (six barrows and six gilts) crossbred pigs were allotted randomly to three treatments and fed one of three corn-soybean meal diets:(1) basal diet, containing 0.37% P;(2) basal diet supplemented with 1,000 units phytase/kg; or (3) basal diet supplemented with 10 �� AF spores/kg. After ten days of feeding, pigs were killed, and digesta from different segments of alimentary tract were collected. Supplementing with phytase reduced (P<0.05) P content in the ileum and large intestine and Ca content in ileum, improved (P<0.05) P digestibility in the large intestine and Ca digestibility in the ileum, but did not (P<0.05) affect digesta content and digestibility of protein in pigs. Supplemented AF spore had no effects on content or digesibilities of P, Ca and protein in pigs. Phytase activity was detected in the stomach; no activity was detected in other segments of the alimentary tract in pigs. In summary, dietary phytase supplement could improve P and Ca, but not protein, utilization in pigs. Phytase was active in the stomach, and hydrolyzed P was absorbed in the ileum. Aspergillus ficuum spore could not produce phytase in the alimentary tract and had no effect on P, Ca and protein utilization in pigs. |
英文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在於探討飼糧中添加植酸�t或 Aspergillus ficuum (AF) 是否可提 高生長豬對磷,鈣及蛋白質之利用。 12 頭(閹公豬六頭及女豬六頭)雜種豬逢機分配至三 處理組,分別飼予( 1 )基礎飼糧,含 0.37 % 磷; ( 2 )基礎飼糧添加 1,000 單位植 酸�t / 公斤;或( 3 )基礎飼糧添加 10 �� AF 孢子 / 公斤。 經 10 日後,將豬隻犧牲 ,收集各段化道內容物。飼糧中添加植酸�t降低( P<0.05 )迴腸及大腸中磷及迴腸中鈣含 量,提高( P<0.05 )大腸中磷消化率,迴腸中鈣消化率;但並不影響( P<0.05 )蛋白質 在腸道中含量及消化率。飼糧中添加 AF 並不影響( P>0.05 )腸道中磷,鈣及蛋白質之含 量及消化率。除胃部外,其他各段消化道內,並無法測得植酸�t活力。綜合以上可知,植酸 �t之添加可提高豬隻對磷、鈣之利用率,但對蛋白質利用並無影響。植酸�t主要在胃部進行 水解作用,水解後之磷則在迴腸被吸收。豬隻飼糧中添加 Aspergillus ficuum 孢子無法在 消化道中產生植酸�t,對磷,鈣及蛋白質之利用並無影響。 |
