中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討顆粒材料組構及膠結料之組合行為,作為後續微觀力學電腦數值模擬分析之用。研究採用三種顆粒材料和膠結料為變數,模擬原子層次之堆積方式,並分析探討其相關性質尸研究結果顯示在理想的狀況下,自然堆積具有長程秩序,其分佈如常態曲線,平均組構為六方緊密結構,堆積方式影響複合材性質與行為,而膠結料扮演著重要的「束制」功能,膠結料愈近剛性,則複合材之剛性亦愈強。另外,本研究證明邊界的規則(1→1)組構排列是造成「尺寸效應」的另一重要因素。並印證微觀與巨觀結構觀點是一脈相通的,可互為應用及印證。 |
英文摘要 | The understanding of composite behavior of particle packing and binders for further applications in the computer simulation and research on micro mechanics is mainly studied. Three kinds of particles and binders were selected as maj-or parameters to simulate the packing effect in atomic level, and to find the relation-ship between them. The results indicate that the natural packing exists a longrange-order and is like a normal distribution The nom of the random packing is a hexagonal close pack, and the packing condition affects the characters and the behavior of the composite. The binder also serves as the constraint of particles. Thestiffer the binder, the stronger the composite. It has been proved that the one-to-one packing near boundary is one of the main factor to cause the size effect. It is also proved that the macro and the micro structure are related to each other and can be used to predict the behavior of both. |
