中文摘要 | 在傳播與資訊科技的助長下,隔空教育的發展可謂一日千里。由於成人在生理、 心理與社會等方面的學習特性,使得隔空教育在成人教育上的應用也潛能無限。然而隔空教 育在理論上的建構卻遠落後於實務上的發展,雖然這是各學科領域理論發展的普遍現象,但 卻也凸顯在資訊時代來臨之際,建構隔空教育理論的迫切性。理論的建構往往來自重要試題 的論辯。就隔空教育而言,相關的試題包括對其過程中各要素的討論,諸如學習者、教學者 、媒體、教學內容與教學機構等。尤其是在有關資訊與傳播科技的影響之下,對科技在隔空 教育上的應用等問題使成為目前極受重視的試題。本文以文獻分析為主並參酌實務的發展趨 勢, 探討主要論者在建構隔空教育理論的理念, 以及在相關試題上的論辯,例如福特主義 (Fordism) 的演化及對其影響的不同看法。在分析與比較建構隔空教育理論的論辯後,作者 也歸納出主要的試題作為建議,以利後續的研究與討論。 |
英文摘要 | Under the facilitation of communication and information technologies, distance education has got a rapid development. Because of the psychological, physical and social characteristics of adults, the feasibility of distance education in adult education has also increased. Comparatively speaking, the construction of distance education theories has been late than the growth of its practice. Although the lateness of theoretical development is common in other disciplines, it also shows the urgent need in developing distance education theories when the time of information has come. The construction of theory generally originates from the debates on relevant key topics. In terms of distance education, the topics include its process components such as learners, teachers, media, teaching institutions and so forth. Especially, due to the affects of communication and information technologies, the current focuses of construction distance education theories are on how to apply technologies in distance education and its implications. In this paper, the literature review is utilised as the major approach linking to the trend of practices to discuss the chief ideas and arguments such as Fordism for constructing distance education theories. After analysing and comparing the principal debates, the author then concludes significant topics as recommendations for following studies and discussion. |
