中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討大學男生(一)股四頭肌等速向心耐力比與十二分鐘跑走距 離的相關(二)股四頭肌等速向心最大力矩與十二分鐘跑走距離的相關(三)股四頭肌等速 向心最大力矩與耐力比的相關。 受試對象為國立臺北師院二年級男生,共28名自願者參與本實驗,平均年齡19.9±1 .3歲,身高172.6±5.0公分,體重62.6±5.8公斤,分別接受12分鐘跑 走測驗及等速肌力測驗似 Cybex 6000 等速肌力測量儀測驗慣用腿膝關節等速向心最大力矩 及耐力比。最大力矩為股四頭肌╱腿後肌以向心╱向心的方式在180度╱秒轉速連續四次 最大反覆,耐力比以300度╱秒轉速連續30次最大反覆。轉速間休息90秒,每種轉速 在測驗前先練習三次非最大努力及一次最大努力後,再正式測驗。所得資料以皮爾遜積差相 關法進行分析,結果發現: (一)12分鐘跑走距離與耐力比及最大力矩均沒有相關存在(r=.076,.041, p>.05) (二)最大力矩與耐力比有相關存在(r=-.405,p<.05) 由本篇研究結果顯示,股四頭肌最大肌力和肌耐力不能做為心肺耐力的預測指標。肌力愈大 則肌耐力愈差,主要是因肌力較大者,每次做功量較大,能量消耗較大,因此肌力較不能維 持原來的水平。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among isokinetic peak torque, endurance ratio, and twelve minute walk-run. Twenty-eight male college students voluntarily served as the subjects of this study. Their age(M ± S.D.), height and weight were 19.9 ± 1.3yrs,172.6 ± 5.0cm,62.6 ± 5.8kg respectively. Peak torque of bilateral muscle actions were recorded at constant angular velocities of 180 ° /sec,and endurance ratio was assesed by 30 consecutive contractions at 300 ° /sec on the Cybex 6000 isokinetic dynamometer. The data obtained from these tests were analysed by Pearson's Product-moment correlation. The findings are: 1.The relationship between isokinetic peak torque and endurance ratio is significantly negative correlation(r=-.405,p<.05) 2.Twelve minute walk-run is not significantly related to peak torque and endurance ratio(r=.076,.041,p>.05) The results of this study suggested that isokinetic peak torque and endurance ratio can not serve as the predictor of VO2max. |
