中文摘要 | 臺灣土雞自民國50年代引進洋雞品種後,真正純血緣者幾乎茌以覓尋,但仍保有 鉛色腳脛、有色羽毛、活躍性強、生產淺褐色蛋、藾抱性強等共同特徵,經研究並證實具有 較佳之耐熱性與抗病力,雖飼養期較長但肉質鮮美,深受國人歡迎,在市場上佔有重要地位 。土雞營養需要量之研究,國立中興大學、臺灣省畜試驗所自民國70年代開始即著手進行, 至今已具成果,包括飼養全期之代謝能、蛋白質、鈣、有效磷需要量及飼養前期之含硫胺基 酸、離胺酸及色胺酸等需要量,藉由臺灣土雞特性及營養需要之研究,使土雞飼養能更科學 化,期能在我國加入國際貿易組織後能更具競爭力,以確保該產業之永續經營。 |
英文摘要 | Pure bread of Taiwan native chickens is really scarce since the introduce of foreign broiler breed in 1960's, but Taiwan native chickens still have common characteristics such as lead color legs, colored feather, brown eggs, more activity and more brooding behavior. Research also proved that native chickens have better haat and disease resistance. Native chickens require longer time to the market, but the meat tastes more delicious and is popular in Taiwan. They play an important role in the chicken market. Studies on Taiwan native chickens have started since 1980's by national Chung Hsing university and Taiwan Livestock Research Institute. Nowadays, major nutrient requirement has brought accomplishment Requirements of metabolic energy, protein, calcium and available phosphorus are 3,200, 3,000, 3,000kcal/kg; 23, 19, 17%; 0.79, 0.79, 0.75%; 0.46, 0.32, 0.20%, respectively, in whole feeding period 1∼4wk, 5∼8wk, 9∼14wk, of age and that of sulfur amino acids, lysine and tryptophan are 0.94%, 1.08%, 0.21%, respectively in early phase 0∼4wk of age. All the researches of Taiwan native chickens were to improve the production efficiency of native chickens. We expected that native chickens will be able to compete with imported chicken and to assure the forever operation of the enterprise after Taiwan join World Trade Organization. |
