中文摘要 | 有鑑於文獻對兩岸經貿互動模式的缺乏建構與定義的不一致,以及歐美文獻在解 釋上的外部效度問題,本研究在回顧中外相關文獻後,嘗試建構一套兩岸企業策略聯盟及作 業合作 (SAOC) 的模式,並以郵寄式問卷調查以實證之。此模式所建構之策略聯盟與作業合 作行為共計 12 項,可歸屬為 (1) 學習傾向、(2) 育苗傾向、(3) 利用傾向及 (4) 合作傾 向等四構念。103 個有效樣本在 LlSREL 等統計模式的檢驗後指出,此四構念之模式具有良 好的收斂與鑑別效度、表面效度及內部一致性信度,並發現我國赴大陸投資之廠商育苗傾向 普遍很高, 其他三種傾向卻偏低。 另外也將受訪樣本與大陸廠商的聯盟與合作類型區分為 (1) 插枝型、(2) 移植型、(3) 深耕型及 (4) 寄生型四類,並發現以深耕型最多。 最後也 發現 SAOC 行為與類型對臺商在大陸的經營績效具解釋力。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the misconstruction and inconsistent definition existed in the literature toward Taiwan-China economic interaction, and on the low external validaty when western-based theory explains the Taiwanese-Chinese cases, this study attempts to build a valid model toward the strategic alliance and operational cooperation behaviors (i.e., SAOC) between Taiwanese and Mainland Chinese industries in accordance with literature. The model built contains four constucts: (1) Learning Orientation; (2) Cultivation Orientation; (3) Utilization Orientation and, (4) Coorperation Orientation. After the 103-respondent questionnaire survey and statistical test (including LISREL), this study confirms that the four-construct model is valid in convergence and discriminance validity. This studty also classfies the sample to four type, and finds that most Taiwanese-owned firms "deeply rooting" in Mainland China. Finally, this study investgates the relationship bewteen SAOC and operation performance in China. |
