英文摘要 | This paper describes the chemical investigation of the alkaloids present in the stems and roots of Phoebe minutiflora. This study led to the characterization of fourteen isoquinolines via a combination of centrifugal partition chromatography as well as Sephadex LH-20 and conventional adsorption chromatography. There are eight benzylisoquinolines-(-) -armepavine(1), (±) N-norarmepavine (2), (-)-N-methylisococlaurine (3), (-) -coclaurine (4) (+) -laudanidine (5) , (+)-reticuline (6) , (-) -norjuziphine (7) and (±)-juziphine (8), four aporphines-(+)-norisocorydine (9),(+)-isoboldine (10) (+)-corytuberine (11) and (+)-laurolitsine (12), one phenanthrene alkaloid-N-methylsecoglaucine (13), and one isoquinoline-O- methylcorypalline (14). Except for compounds 6, 8 and 12, the remaining compounds wre isolated for the first time from Phoebe genus. Compound 13 is a novel natural product. This finding may be useful for the chemotaxonomy of Lauraceous plants. |
