中文摘要 | 農地合理的利用一直是農政單位努力研究的課題,如何使農地有效的分配與經營 是規劃者相當重要的工作,因此,最佳化技術的引進應可提供較優的方案供規劃參考;但是傳 統的最佳化模式未能真實地描述及反映大量的模糊條件及關係,所模擬的數學式其風險性過 高或真實性不足,因此,常不為決策者所接受。 本文則採用〝模糊數學〞中的〝模糊線性規劃〞的原理,藉由簡單的線性化從屬函數, 將規劃時常碰到的模糊條件加以量化,並模擬於模式中;本文利用了Zimmermann、Werners、 Chanas及Verdegay幾位學者提出的三種〝模糊線性規劃〞的方法,應用於一則〝農場規劃〞 的案例中,並與傳統的線性規劃應用做一比較,結果顯示〝模糊線性規劃〞的三種方法均較 優於傳統的方法,在本研究中更提出參數表列方式,適時調整參數,因此,可以減少計算量 並能反映實際狀況。 |
英文摘要 | The rational use and managmemt of agriculture land has been an important problem to agriculture official department. To avoid agriculture unrational use in the future requires an approach that combines the best elements of technology that can properly describe the complex of farm planning problem and obtain its optimal solution. The mathematical optimization and simulation methods such as linear programming are often use to achieve the above goals. Although in many studies, these methods can significantly aid in evaluation and selection of farm planning, their results however can not be implemented inpractical problems. Because the tradicional mathematical methods can not be rationaly described a problem which cantains large amount of linguistic oral statements and fuzzy relations. Conseguently their optimal soultion could not be accepted. This study shows three methods: Zimmermann, Wrners, Chanas and Verdegay, which can properly describe linguistic objective and vague constrains through the linear membership function which are only a rough approximation of realities for a farm planning problem. |
