中文摘要 | 45公斤級SAPH440 熱軋汽車用鋼自開發成功後,機械性質不合剔退率持續偏高, 雖歷經高碳低錳型(Ⅰ型)轉到到低碳高錳型(Ⅱ型)成份設計的階段,機械性質不合剔退 率仍無法有效降低,此期間適逢 #1 HSM 設備改造,剔退率又再度攀升,對訂單交期廷誤的 影響頗鉅。因 SAPH440 對熱軋溫控的要求必需穩定且嚴謹,# 1HSM 設備改造後之製程條件 偏離以前所設定,所以改善之道首先為製程條件回復,再針對剔退之個案原因,逐一解決。 經提高水溫量測穩定性、 提高加速軋延冷卻控制模式( TVD )精確度、改善盤捲溫度控制 穩定性、降低完軋溫度目標值、採用中冷模式等,最後獲致有效改善並達成目標。 |
英文摘要 | After being successfully developed, the mechanical property of 45Kg/mm �� grade automobile steel still suffered from high rejection rate. Although the design of chemical composition changed from type Ⅰ to type Ⅱ, the rejection rate could not be effectively decreased. Due to the #1HSM revamping, the rejection rate rose again. This would bring about overdue severely. Due to the critical specification, SAPH440 requires stable and severe temperature control during hot-rolling process. The conditions of #1HSM process deviated from preset values after its revamping. So the first step of improvement was to recover the conditions of #1HSM process, then found out the other troubles one by one and resolved them. By means of enhancing the stability of water-temperature-control & the accuracy of TVD mode、improving the stability of coiling temperature、 lowering the finish rolling temperature and using the medium cooling rate. Finally, the pronounced improvement was obtained. |
