| 英文摘要 | 我們提出一個系統化的理論模型來研究被動鎖模半導體雷射,包括增益與吸收之飽 合、飽合吸收體之恢復時間、色散與自我調變之效應。在本文中我們顯示了在鎖模過程中脈 衝演變的動態情形。結果顯示穩態的脈衝具有非對稱的形狀與非線性的啁啾。我們也研究了 飽合吸收體之恢復時間對穩態的脈衝寬度之影響。根據我們的理論模型可以估計被動鎖模半 導體雷射穩定操作之增益範圍。 ates that the steadystate pulse has an asymmetric shape and a nonlinear chirp. The influence of saturable absorber recovery time on the steady-state pulse width is also investigated. The regime of the gain for the stable operation of the passively mode-locked semiconductor lasers cna be approximately estimated based on our model. |
