中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討「人際關係與溝通」課程之實施對於增進大學生情緒智慧:情緒自我覺察力、情緒管理、自我激勵、同理心及人際關係管理的教學效果。研究者並運用自編之「課程回饋問卷」,以蒐集學生對於學習所得之輔助分析資料。研究設計為實驗組—控制組後測比較的實驗設計。實驗組予以為時三個半月總計十六星期的「人際關係與溝通」課程,而控制組則否。另外,研究者並針對實驗組進行前後測考驗。本研究之對象為輔英科技大學的學生,包括「選修課程組」81人,「對照組」81人,總共162名。第一研究者即為「人際關係與溝通」課程之教學者。研究者參考中外相關文獻,在此課程當中設計一連串學習活動。研究者期望學生可透過課程中對人際關係與溝通理論的認知,加上小組中活動的體驗與分享,與所學實際運用於生活當中。本研究主要研究工具為吳淑敏所編「情緒智慧量表」。研究者經由單因子變異數統計分析發現,「選修課程」組的學生之情緒智慧顯著高於「對照組」未選修本課程之學生。「選修課程」組的學生在一學期之教學之後,在情緒智慧能力上有顯著之提昇。基於本研究之發現,研究者提出具體建議,以提供設計「人際關係與溝通」之相關通識課程者之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study evaluated the effectiveness of the program entitled “Interpersonal Relationship and Communication” for the college students in Fooyin University. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the students who had taken this course had any improvement on emotional intelligence. This is a quesi-experimental design with a pretest/post test. Totally 162 participants composed the samples, with 81 in control group and 81 in experimental group. The researchers utilized the “Emotional Intelligence Scale” to measure the difference either between the control group and the experimental group, or the pre-and post-test of the eexperimental grouop. The curriculum was an 16-week program. Students attended 100-minute classes each week. The researchers also used a questionnaire to collect the students’ feedback on the learning activities. The findings of this study showed that the emotional intelligence of the students in the experimental group was significantly improved when compared with those in the control group. A dependent sample t-test was used to examine the difference between pretest and posttest scores for the experimental group. The results also showed that there was significant improvement after the classes. |
