中文摘要 | 本文針對現行連續式染整製程中,半成品加工物捲取加工的兩個重要控制參數;張力(Tension)及捲取線速度(Winding Iinear velocity),發展出一套線上控制系統。以伺服馬達及傳統的PID(比例一積分一微分)控制器作為系統的控制主體,主要是因為PID至今仍是工業界應用最普遍的控制器之一,本文研究之重點在於改善現行控制架構之缺點,加強製程中張力及捲取線速之控制精度,進而提升產品之加工品質。 |
英文摘要 | This paper develops a on-line control system of tension and winding linear velocity of products in the continuous fabrics dyeing manufacturing process. Using servo motor and PID controller which is commonly popular used in the field on industrial manufacturing. We declare that defects in the controlling process can be improved and the controlling accuracy can be reinforced so as to promote products quality. |
