中文摘要 | 國外有關教師的教學認知研究包括教學知識、教師信念、潛在理論已開始多年, 尤其是一九八○年以後,如雨後春筍般出現,已累積數以百篇。而研究顯示教師確實存有個人 教育信念,而信念確實和行為有密切關係。國內自民國七十五年以後陸續有相關研究,研究 結果大致支持國外的研究結論,即個別教師實存在不同的教育信念,而且信念和行為有關聯。 但是國內有關教師信念的研究非常集中於有關科學教師教學信念和教師制控信念,而教師信念 所涉層面甚廣,偏重科學師的研究結果無法提供有關其他學科教師教育信念的清晰描述,因 此國內有關教師信念的研究仍有許未開發之處,在數量上和內容的周延性都可以再加強。本 文以文獻探討的方法描述國內目前有關教師信念研究的現況,然申論未來研究方向,希望藉 此引起對教師信念研究的重視。本文發展將下列下三項主題順序:(1) 教師信念研究的重要 (2) 國內教師信念研究的現況 (3) 國內教師念研究的未來方向。 |
英文摘要 | The research literature on teachers' congnitive theories and beliefs has become larger and larger since 1980's in the United States. Most of those studies suggest that teachers do have their own theories and belief systems that influence their perceptions, plans, and actions. Empirical research on teachers' beliefs appeared in the end of 1980' in Taiwan. More than twenties studies on teachers' beliefs system have been carried out since then. Most domestic studies found the similar result of research conducted in the United States, that is, teachers did hold their own beliefs about teaching and learning, and their beliefs had close relationship with their actions. However, domestic studies on teachers' beliefs have very narrow focus on either science teachers' teaching beliefs or teachers' locus of control. To understand teachers' beliefs more thoughly, more studies attended to winder aspects should be conducted. This article aims to describe the current development of research on teachers' beliefs in Taiwan through literature review, to make suggestion for future direction, and to manifest the importance of research on teachers' beliefs. |
