中文摘要 | 本研究於民國84年 7月至85年 6月 ,以中國醫藥學院附設醫院中醫兒科門診中, 呼吸通過敏症小兒為研究對象。 共搜集 l01 例,其中熱證組 23 例、寒證組 23 例、疑似 過敏組 55 例。取頭髮做微量元素鋅、銅、鐵、錳、鎳、鉛、及鈣元素的分析:同時取靜脈 血作 IgE 以及過敏原試驗包括 Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (d 1) 、 Dermatophagoides farinae (d 2 )、Dermatophagoides microceras (d 3 ) 等。我們並搜 集 50 例正常兒為對照組,並且作頭髮微量元素分析。探討呼吸道過敏兒與正常兒之間頭髮 微量元素有無差異性? 熱證呼吸通過敏兒與寒證呼吸通過敏兒之間頭髮微量元素有無差異性 ? 本研究中「熱證」與「寒證」兩組間所有的微量元素 (鋅、銅、 鐵、蜢、鎳、鉛 ) 及元 素鈣,以及元素間之比值 (鋅 / 銅、鋅 / 鎳、銅 / 鎳、鐵 / 鎳、銅 / 鐵等 ) 並無差異 性 (皆 P>0.05)。若是就「有」、「無」呼吸道過敏症來探討「呼吸道過敏症與微量元素之 關係」,本研究發現,鋅值、鈣值,正常組明顯高於患兒群 (包括疑似組、熱證組、寒證組 ,P<0.01),鋅 / 銅比值正常組高於患兒群 (包括疑似組、熱證組、寒證組, p<0.05); 錳 值,三組患兒皆高於正常值 (P<0.05); 鎳值,疑似組與熱證組明顯高於正常組 P<0.01 ): 髮鉛濃度,二組患兒皆明顯高於正常組 (p<0.01)。 |
英文摘要 | The samples of this study were the respiratory tract allergic children in the Chinese medical pediatric clinic of China Medical College Hospital during July, 1995 and June, 1996. It consisted of 101 cases, including 23 as heat dominant, 23 as cold dominant, and 55 as suspected allergic groups. We analyzed the tracer elements (Cincluding Zinc, Copper, Iron, Manganese, Nickel, Lead and Calcium) in the hair as well as IgE and allergen test [ including Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (dl) , Dermatophaguides farinae (d2 ) , Dermatophapoides microceras (d3 ) ] in the venous blood. Besides,there were 50 normal children as control group with tracer elements analysis in the hair. We would like to evaluate the differences of hair tracer elements between respiratory tract allergic and normal children as well as between heat dominant and cold dominant groups of respiratory tract allergic children. There were no significant differences (P>0.05) between heat dominant and cold dominant in hair trace Elements (Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca, Mn, Ni, Pb ), and ratio of elements (En/Cu Zn/ Ni, Cu/ Ni, Fe/Ni, Cu/Fe). We would like to evaluate the relation between respiratory tract allergy and tracer elements with regard to "with", "without" respiratory tract allergy. This study revealed the normal group was with significant higher value in zinc and calcium than study group, (including suspected, heat dominant and cold dominant groups, P<0.01); the normal group was with higher ratio of zinc and copper than study group (P<0.05); the study group was with higher manganese value than normal group (P<0.05); suspected and heat dominant groups were with higher nickel value than normal group; the study group was with significant higher concentration of hair lead than normal group (P<0.01). |
