英文摘要 | Structured design method is considered to be a means of managing the LSI final test problem. This paper will consider how this problem arises from and develop a new software that can be used to reach a solution. The merits of software design methodologies, with an emphasis on structured design techniques, will be compared with those of conventional design approaches. The discussion of structured design method will conclude that this method needs formal abstraction facilities in order to be more effective. Also, structured design method allows the creation of a new generation of GAT (Computer-Aided Test) programs that can both give a software designer better support and can be much more efficient than before. This software is developed to do the final test of CMOS-LSI devices--CDP1804, CDP1805, and CDP1806. |
