中文摘要 | 本研究探討氯化鈉對六種魚類「莫三鼻克吳郭魚(Oreochromis mossambicus),塘虱魚(Clarias fuscus),鯰魚(Silurus asotus),鯽魚(Carassius carassius)、虹鱒(Oncorhynchus mykiss)和香魚(Plecoglossus altivelis)」之四種器官(鰓、腸、腎和肝)之鹼性磷酸酯?(alkaline phosphatase)活性的影響。發現氯化鈉可活化鯰魚鰓、腎和肝鹼性磷酸酯?的活性,然而其腸鹼性磷酸酯?的活性卻受氯化鈉所抑制,同時亦發現氯化鈉可活化塘虱魚鰓鹼性磷酸酯?的活性。淡水性和海水性吳郭魚鹼性磷酸酯?對氯化鈉具有相同程度的反應,其活性隨氯化鈉濃度的增加而減少。香魚和鯽魚肝鹼性磷酸酯?在低鹽度(1~3M)時,其活性輕微地受活化,然而4M氯化鈉卻抑制其活性達50%,其他的鹼性磷酸酯?活性皆隨氯化鈉濃度的增加而減少。就氯化鈉對四種器官鹼性磷酸酯?活性的影響而言,腸鹼性磷酸酯?受氯化鈉的抑制最大。 |
英文摘要 | This study approached the effect of sodium chloride on the activities of alkaline phosphatases of fou organs, which are gill, intestine, kidney and liver, of six species of fish, which are tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus), Chinese catfish (Silurus asotus), Carassius carassius, rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), ayu (Plecoglossus altivelis). It was found that alkaline phosphatases of gill, kidney and liver of Chinese catfish are activated by sodium chloride, while that of intestine is inhibited by sodium chloride. In the mean time, alkaline phosphatase of gill of walking catfish was activated by sodium chloride also. The degree of the effect of sodium chloride on the activities of alkaline phosphatases of freshwater tilapia was comparable with that on the activities of alkaline phosphatases of marine tilapia. Their activities were decreased by increasing the concentration of sodium chloride. The activities of liver alkaline phosphatase of ayu and Carassius carassius were slightly activated by the low concentration of sodium chloride, one to three molar of that. However, their activities were inhibited by 50% by 4M of sodium chloride. In general, sodium chloride had a greater inhibition on the activity of intestinal alkaline phosphatase of those fish than on those of alkaline phosphatases of the other three organs. |
