中文摘要 | 本文主要是將退漿處理後的E-型玻纖,利用A-1100系列的偶合劑及環氧樹脂所調配而成的處理液,進行上膠處理。以瞭解上膠處理前後之E-型玻纖的性質差異,並與抗鹼玻纖性質相比較。然後將上膠前後的E-型玻纖及抗鹼玻纖,分別在38°C及80°C的溫度下浸漬於清水、1 莫耳氫氧化鈉溶液及飽和的氫氧化鈣液中,經24 小時的時間作用,以瞭解其重量損失情形及強度變化,並利用電子顯微鏡觀察纖維外觀受損情形。由實驗結果顯示:上膠後的E-型玻纖其強度高於上膠前的E-型玻纖;經浸鹼試驗結果顯示,在重損失率方面:以浸漬於1莫耳氫氧化鈉溶液中的纖維其重量損失率最大;在強度變化方面:利用1莫耳氫氧化鈉溶液處理的纖維,由於鹼性及離子交換之緣故,纖維強度比浸漬於清水於清水或氫氧化鈣溶液中的纖維來的低。 |
英文摘要 | The desized E-glass fibers was sized, using the solution made by mixin g A-1100 coupling agent and expoxy resin to examine the different properties between the unsized and sized E-glass fiber, and to compare the properties with those of anti-alkali glass fiber. Then the unsized E-glass, antialkali glass and sized E-glass fibers are respectively immersed in the water, 1M NaOH solution and sturated Ca(OH)�� solution at 38°C and 80°C for 24 hours to examine the weight loss and strength loss of these fibers. The SEM was used to measure the condition of fiber surface damage. The experiment results show that the strength of sized E-glass fiber higher than that of unsized E-glass fiber. Besides, the weight loss of any fiber is higher in 80°C than that in 38°C. The weight loss of the fiber immersed in 1M NaOH solution is the largest. As for fiber strength the fiber by NaOH solution process is lower than that by the water or the saturated Ca(OH)�� solutio process due to basic and ion exchange properties. The SEM results indicate that the damage on the fiber treated under 80°C is more than that under 30°C. |
