英文摘要 | As one element of managerial strategies,compensation,which is connected with managerial ideologies, influences objective per-formance and formalizes the organizational culture. This artical tries to describe the features of compensation strategy in the United Daily News Enterprise and to understand how the Enterpriseutilizes them in the courses of press development as a whole. It reveals that the compensation strategies influence news performance and professional values among its reporters and editors in the organizational interrelationship of media production. |
