中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小教師自我概念、制握信念與教學論題之道德推理的關係。 本研究以高雄縣、市六百二十五位國小教師為對象。研究工具包括:張鳳燕的「教師道德推 理測驗」、研究者自編的「國小教師自我概念量表」、「國小教師制握信念量表」。研究所 得的資料分別以 t 考驗、多變量變異數分析、 單因子變異數分析、積差相關及逐步多元迴 歸等統計方法加以處理。 本研究結果發現: 1. 國小教師自我概念方面:國小男性教師在自我概念量表之「生理自我 」、「自我表現」及「自我評價」上,顯著高於女性教師;不同年齡的國小教師,在自我概 念總量表及「道德自我」、「自我表現」及「自我評價」分量表上,達顯著差異;不同任教 地區的國小教師,在自我概念分量表之「自我表現」及「自我評價」上達顯著差異;不同服 務年資的國小教師,在自我概念總量表及「道德自我」、「自我感受」、「自我表現」及「 自我評價」分量表上,達顯著差異;不同學歷的國小教師,在自我概念上均未達顯著差異。 2. 國小教師制握信念方面:不同年齡、不同服務年資的國小教師, 在制握信念上有顯著差 異;年齡輕(三十歲以下)、服務年資較淺(六年以內)的國小教師較傾向外控。不同性別 、任教地區及學歷的國小教師,在制握信念上,則無顯著差異存在。 3. 國小教師教學論題 之道德推理上無顯著差異。 4. 國小教師自我概念與制握信念方面:國小教師自我概念與制 握信念之間有顯著相關存在。 自我概念愈高,愈傾向內控。5. 國小教師自我概念、制握信 念分別與教學論題之道德推理方面:國小教師的自我概念、制握信念分別與教學論題之道德 推理有顯著相關。自我概念較高及愈傾向內控的國小教師,其教學論題道德推理亦較高。6. 國小教師教學道德推理之預測方面:研究者利用多元逐步迴歸方法,預測國小教師對教學論 題之道德推理。結果僅教師自我概念中之「自我感受」及教師制握信念中之「外控」,能預 測教學論題之道德推理,其解釋變異量為 6.36 %。研究者依據上述研究結果,提出未來研 究及對師資培育的建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among teachers' self-concept, the locus of control, and teacheres' moral reasoning. The subjects were 625 elementary school teachers in Koashuing area. The study used three tests including the Teachers' Self-Concept Scale (TSCS), the Teachers' Locus of Control Scale (TLCS), and the Test of Teachers' Moral Reasoning (TTMR). The findings。 1.The Teachers' self-concept was significantly different in the variables of sex, age, teaching place, years of teaching experience and educational background. 2.Teachers' locus of control was significantly different in the variables of age and years of teaching experience, but not different in the variables of sex, teaching place, and educational background. 3.The teachers' moral reasoning was not significantly different in the variables of sex, age, teaching place, years of teaching experience or educational background. 4.There was a significant relationship between teachers' self-concept and teachers' locus of control. A teacher with a highself-concept tended to be internally controlled. 5.There were significant relationships between teachers' self-concept, teachers' ocus of control and teachers' moral reasoning. A teacher with a high self-concept gained high scores on the Test of Teacher's Moral Reasoning. A inte-rnally controlled teacher had high scores on moral reasoning teaching issues. 6.The stepwise multiple regression analysis was used to predict the teachers' moral reasoning. The result showed the variation of the teachers' moral reasoning wasinfluenced by the variables of the teachers' physical-self and the teachers' external locus of control. Applications for the results of the study and suggestions for futher study wereprovided. |
