中文摘要 | 溶氧易使油料氧化,產生沈積物而引起熱交換器之積垢,反應器壓差升高,造成 工場操作之困擾。經過理論分析及多次試用,我們成功引進油中溶氧的分析技術,並實際應 用於現場。 選用符合煉油廠要求之含氧偵測系統, 其靈敏度高,偵測極限為 1ppb, 精密度 (Repeatability) 為± 1%,且分析快速, 校正簡單,操作保養容易,適合煉油廠之操作應 用。 利用此系統測定各煉油設備中油料的溶氧含量。從量測結果顯示,油料經油槽後其溶氧量 增加數倍至數百倍,證實一般油料中的溶氧大部分自油槽中溶入。因此,我們建議各工廠之操 作採直接進料方式,儘量迂迴油槽,避免氧氣侵入油中,造成操作困難。 桃廠蒸餾工場之換熱器及反應器以往極易堵塞,該場自民國七十年改直接進料,將重直餾 油 (HSR) 直接送入加氫脫硫進料管線,操作一直相當順利, 操作週期延長到一年半以上, 成功地解決上述問題。 採用直接進料,不但可節省增設脫氧設備經費 (約至少一千萬元 ) 及脫氧槽的操作費用; 直接進料亦可節省能源,油料進入油槽後溫度約降三、四十度,當要進反應器時又得重新加 熱,耗費大量熱能,若改採直接進料方式,每年約可節省一千萬元的燃料費用,其經濟效益 十分可觀。桃廠直接進料之成功經驗已證實此項建議之可行性及效益。 |
英文摘要 | Dissolved oxygen can oxidize the hydrocarbon feed stocks leading to formation of deposits and difficulties in process unit operation. Through theoretical consideration and repeated experimental testing, a procedure for rapid determination of dissolved oxygen in oil has been developed. In the procedure, Orbisphere dissolved oxygen detector is employed. It's oxygen detection limit is 1 ppb and the repeatability is +/- 1%. The system lends itself to applications in refineries. The system was successfully used to determine the contents of dissolved oxygen in process streams at refineries of Chinese Petroleum Corporation. Based on these results, we discovered that the contents of dissolved oxygen in the outlet of a storage tank are often several times to several hundred times that of the inlet streams. We concluded that most of the oxygen dissolution takes place in the storage tanks. Therefore, we recommend that: In operation, the feed stocks should be bypassed the storage tanks and directly fed to the process units to avoid the contact with and dissolution of oxygen to eliminate the operational problems caused by dissolved oxygen. The technical feasibility and economic advantage of direct feeding has been demonstrated by the many years of successful operation at Tau-Yuan Refinery. The fouling and plugging of the heat exchanger and the reactor at the hydrodesulfurization unit was eliminaated by changing the feed to direct feeding system. The direct feeding system can be implemented with little cost. In addition to solving the operational problems, the use of direct feeding system leads to several advantages, namely, elimination of NT$10MM investment cost at least for the deoxygenator and operation cost of the deoxygenator. In addition, it eliminates loss in 30 ° to 40 ° C of sensible heat from the hot feed stock leading to saving to savings in fuel and heating costs. |
