中文摘要 | 『海砂屋』事件令人心驚,當屬其混凝土成份氯離子含量過高所致,若能預先檢 測出混凝土各成份之氯離子含量之高低即可以避免發生海砂屋現象。本文即利用自動電位滴 定儀,佐以銀電極,以硝酸銀溶液作沉澱法滴定,滴定細砂用水及酸溶離之溶液中氯離子含 量。 從任取之兩種細砂試樣中,發現其中一種氯離子含量高達 0.31805 %超出規範之標準 甚多;另一種則僅含 0.00185 %則在容許極限之下,儘可安心使用。 |
英文摘要 | Discovery of poor quality of housing construction utilizing seasand has pointed out the adverse effects of high concentration of chlorides in concrete constituents. Testing of chloride content before concrete is utilized in construction can avoid such mishap in future. In this study attempt was made to analyze chloride content in seasand by autopotentiometry. The sand was dissolved in boiling dilute HNO3 and the chloride in the solution was precipitated by silver nitrate. The silver chloride precipitate was measured by autopotentiometry utilizing silver electrode. Analysis of randomly selected two sand samples showed one to contain 0.31805% chloride which is far greater than allowable limit and other contained 0.00185% chloride which is below the allowable limit for chloride in concrete. |
