中文摘要 | EGL(Electrogalvanizing)鉻廢水處理場每月產生之鉻污泥約23噸(溼基),目前該污泥委請中聯公司代為處理,每噸處理費為1.2萬元。在公司ISO-14000環保減廢政策下,EGL鉻廢水處理場之鉻污泥減量工作,勢在必行。 本研究鉻污泥之減量策略,為在不改變現場處理流程、設備及操作條件之原則下,尋找替代原製程所使用之鹼性調理劑,來減少污泥量。同時建立一替代鹼性調理劑之加藥技術,提供現場完整之操作流程,為本研究之重點。 研究結果顯示,以液鹼/消石灰混合使用替代鹼性中和劑之方法的確可行,且進一步證實以45%之液鹼調整pH至7.8,續以5%Ca(0H)□調整pn至9.9,為最佳之鹼性調理替代劑及加藥方法。現場試行後,沉降槽之澄清度從15cm上升至2Ocm以上;污泥脫水性改善,使泥餅含水率降至70%以下。 該替代鹼性中和調理及加藥方法,由於中和反應快,可減少現場不當之加藥量,因此實際減少污泥量在35%以上,每月約可減少鉻污泥8噸(節省處理費達120萬元/年)。 |
英文摘要 | Since solid wastes reduction is a CSC's environmental issue of ISO-14000, how to minimize the Cr sludge waste becomes an essential task for plant enaineers. The Cr sludge Generated from EGL(Electrogalvanizing Line) waste water treatment plant is 23 tons/month in China Steel Corporation (CSC). It usually costs about NT$3,300,000 to treat of these sludge annually. In this study, searching for a new neutralizing reagent and developing its dosing method to the wastewater treatment process is thus conducted. From the lab-scaled experiment, a combination of liquid NAOH and lime dosing instead of pure lime presented a promising result. It was shown that adjusting the pH value of wastewater to 7-8 with liquid NAOH, and then followed by lime addition to 9.5 is the optimum substitute and dosing method. Ale clarity of wastewater increased from 15 cm to 20 cm and water content of the Cr sludge cake less than 70% were both achieved under this condition. Due to the high solubility and reactivity of the substitute, the Cr sludge throughput was reduced to less than 15 tons /month. Around NT$ 1,200,000 of treatment fee was saved annually. The result has also been confirmed by field trial run afterwards. |
