中文摘要 | 超音波影像系統具有非侵入性及即時量測等特性,超音波都卜勒血流影像可以標示出血流與組織的雙重資訊。然而若想定量求得血液流速,必需要能夠知道都卜勒角度以獲得真實流速值。本研究嘗試建立血流模型,模擬血液流動情況,以及探頭接收散射體之回波RF訊號。研究都卜勒角度及流速計算最佳化參數設定,並計算對於大小不同管徑血管的最佳都卜勒頻譜閾值。研究結果顯示所開發的超音波血流模擬分析演算法適用於於人體血流流速量測及小血管量測,都卜勒頻譜閾值以-3dB較為適當,能準確計算都卜勒角度與血流流速。 |
英文摘要 | Ultrasound image system provides the benefits of non-invasive and real-time measurement. With the implementation of color Doppler imaging, both blood flow and tissue can be identified. However, the Doppler angle of a blood vessel needs to be measured in order to obtain the real blood flow velocity. In this paper, an ultrasound blood flow model was established to simulate a blood flow with a parabolic profile. The received radio frequency (RF) signals backscattered from the flow were simulated. The RF signals were then converted to a baseband signal for estimating the Doppler spectrum. Moreover, based on a transverse Doppler algorithm, the optimal threshold setting for determining the Doppler angles were investigated. This results show that the simulation model proposed in this paper is suitable for blood flow and small vessel measurements. The optimal threshold for the higher frequency part of the Doppler spectrum for Doppler angle estimation is -3dB. |
