中文摘要 | 本研究主要在針對兩種不同高分子主鏈;聚(3,3-雙(氯甲基)環氧丙烷 (Poly3,3-bis(chloromethyl)oxetane;PBCMO)及3,3-雙(氯甲基)環氧丙烷-四氫夫 喃共聚合物(Copoly(BCMO/THF);與液晶基(A1∼B2)利用化學接枝法(Chemical Modification)合成側鏈型液晶性聚合物,並就接枝液晶基後聚合物溶解性之難易程度分別 提出FT-IR、H□-NMR兩種方法計算定量液晶基取代度,具藉以判斷液晶基取代度之增加對玻 璃轉移溫度(Tg)提昇、熔化溫度(Tm)和等向化溫度(Ti)等轉移溫度的影響,以PBCMO 為主鏈之衍生物當液晶取代度達50%以上時,可呈現液晶性質,而較柔軟之鏈Copoly(BCMO/ THF)衍生物僅17.5%取代度即能呈現液晶特性。 |
英文摘要 | The syntheses of Poly3,3-bis(chloromethyl)oxetane (PBCMO) anc Copoly (BCMO/THF) with four different mesogenic groups (A1~B2) through chemical modification are investigated. FT-IR and H□-NMR are used to analyze the degree of substituation (DS) of these two derivated polymers. DSC is also used to obtain the thermal properties of these two substances. We found the glass transition temperature (Tg), melting temperature (Tm) and isotropic temperature (Ti) increases with increasing degree of substitution of mesogen. It is also found that (BCMO/THF) copolymer exhibit LC property at 17.5% of DS while PBCMO needs at least 50% of DS to achieve LC property. |
