中文摘要 | 本研究是以商專學生之學習為研究情境,來探討不同性別、部制、學制、有無工作 、年級、科別、學業成績、學校和就學地區的學生,所感受到的各學習壓力源之壓力量和總 壓力量差異的情形,並說明其可能之成因。本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象是以二段隨機抽 樣,針對臺灣地區抽出的六所商專,採其學生人數比例配置,共抽取樣本 3901 人,資料收 集的工具是研究者自行發展並修訂,且具建構效度和內在一致性信度之「商業專科學校學生 學習壓力量表」 (鍾菁,民 84)。 問卷回收後,得有效樣本 3665 人,回收率為 93.95%。 再根據研究者所發現之商專學生學習壓力源 (鍾菁,民 84) 為架構,採平均數、百分比、t 檢定和 Bonferroni 多重比較法等統計方法,進行資料分析。研究結果顯示學生確實會因性 別、部制、學制、有無工作、年級、科別、學業成績、學校和就學地區之不同,而使其所感 受到的各學習壓力源之壓力量和總壓力量有程度不一的差異現象。根據研究結果除建議有效 的輔導與調適學習壓力的措施外,並討論本研究之限制及後續研究的方向。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to compare the stress level among the business college students with different demographic and academic backgrounds. A descriptive survey was conducted and 3901 students were selected from six business colleges via random sampling. The questionnaire, with satisfactory construct validity and internal consistency reliability, was utilized to collect data. A total of 3665 students responded to the questionnaire. The rate of return was 93.35%. Mean, percentage, t-test, Bonferroni multiple comparison, etc. were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that there was a significant difference in stress level among students with different demographic and academic backgrounds. Based on the results, recommendations were made, possible application and limitations of the study were discussed. |
