中文摘要 | 不�袗�的冷軋製程中有一道研磨程序,是以油脂類當作潤滑劑,進行鋼板表面研磨,因此產生了含油率高的研磨屑廢棄物。本文從低成本與操作簡單化的考量,發現以壓濾機壓榨研磨屑成塊狀後,使含油量降低再適量投入轉爐為最具效率的處理方法,而且壓榨出來的研磨油也可再回收使用,如此不僅不會影響現場的操作安全,而且研磨屑可以回收至轉爐當作不�袗�廢鋼料再利用。 |
英文摘要 | In the coil grinding process of producting cold rolled stainless steel, oil was used for the purpose of polishing surface. Therefore, a large amount of oil contaminated stainless grinding chips was the by-product of the surface polishing process. Due to high oil contamination, these chips can not easily be recycled. In order to decrease the impact of the oil-contaminated chips on environment, this study surveyed several treatment methods. Based on the consideration of economy and shop safety, a plate-and-frame filter press was used to diminish oil content. Oil squeezed out from chips can be recycled as a lubricant in surface polishing process. After mixing with stainless scrap, chips in a form of cake were utilized as BOF's raw material. |
