中文摘要 | 本研究對臺灣地區純中資、純美資、純日資之資訊電子業主管的企業文化與企業倫理、領導行為作一比較性實證研究。國內外對於不同國籍企業主管之企業文化與企業倫理、領導行為比較之實證研究極為罕見。 本研究得到如下結論:(1)中、美、日資企業主管間企業文化、企業倫理、領導行為均分別有顯著差異,顯然是美、日資企業受到其母公司之影響所致。(2)中、美、日資企業主管均最重視經濟責任,其次為法律責任,再次為道德責任,而最不重視慈善責任。(3)高階主管在不同國籍企業間企業文化之差異最小,中階主管次之,基層主管之差異最大;高階、中階、 基層主管在不同國籍企業間對企業倫理之重視程度差異不大;高階主管在不同國籍企業間領導行為毫無差異,中階主管有些微差異,基層主管之差異較大。(4)同國籍企業內不同職位階層主管間企業文化、企業倫理、領導行為之差異均不大。(5)企業文化、企業倫理受到企業與個人相關變項之影響不大,但領導行為則較大。(6)民主式領導行為會增強企業文化,專制式領導行為則會削弱企業文化。 |
英文摘要 | This research do a comparative study of corporate cultures, business ethics, and leadership behaviors of managers among Taiwanese, American, Japanese firms in Taiwan. The reseaerches about the comparison of corporate cultures, business ethics, and leadership behaviors of managers among different national firms are few. This empirical research results show that: (1) corporate cultures, business ethics, and leadership behaviors of managers among Taiwanese, American, Japanese firms are different. (2) Mangers of Taiwanese, American, and Japanese Firms consider economic responsibility is the most important business ethics, legal responsibility the second, moral responsibility the third, discretionary responsibility the most unimportant. (3) The difference of top level manager's cultures among different national countries is little, that of middle level manager's cultures is slightly different, and that of low level manager's cultures is significantly different. (4) The difference of top, or middle, or low level managers' business ethics among different national countries is little. (5) Top level managers' leadership behaviors among national countries are the same, middle level managers' are slightly different, and low level managers' are significantly different. (6) Leadership behaviors of democratic way can strengthen corporate cultures, but leadership behaviors of autocratic way can weaken corporate cultures. |
