中文摘要 | 為探討芻料用蜀黍幼苗生長速率基因所座落之染色體對,以供幼苗生長快速品 系選育之依據,本試驗利用蜀黍轉座同型染色體Tl等十個同源系(來自 Combine 7078之 誘變)與蘇丹草台畜草一號純系雜交,其十個Fl組合分別再與蘇丹草台畜草一號回交,得 十個FlBCl回交種子,分別於溫度日長控制(日夜溫度35/25℃,光照14小時黑暗10小時) 的生長箱種植,播種萌芽後第六至第十天每日調查心葉高度,並估算其幼苗生長速率,然 後移植田間,成株成熟時調查每組合每株之稔實度,分為可稔或半不稔,生長速率以每試 區之平均值為準分為快或慢,進行卡方獨立顯著性測驗,結果以T-10,T-19,T-24及T- 28等作為親本之四個回交組合之分離比皆達顯著水準,其參與轉座染色體分別為CB、JD、 FJ及BH,將其與其他同源系一一比對,可知蜀黍有兩對即B及J染色體上攜帶有幼苗生長速 率基因。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to determine the chromosomes carrying the genes relating to seedling growth rate (SGR). A set of ten reciprocal translocation stocks (all fast SGR) which were developed from the Combine 7078 line and were represented at least two translocations involving each of the 10 chromosome pairs of sorghum, were crossed and their Fl were backcrossed again with a low SGR variety of Sudangrass Taishi No. 1, respectively. Backcross progenies were tested in the growth chambers at 30/25℃ (day/ night) for 14/10 hr (day/night) of light. The length of the most recently merged leaf (LREL) of each backcross plant was measured from the sixth day to the tenth day after emergence. Using these data, the seedling growth rate (LRELGR610) were calculated by the linear regression and classified into fast or slow SGR basing on the mean of LRELGR610 in each plot. They were also classified as semisterile or fertile on the basis of seed set. The segregations of backcross progenies from each translocation were tested by chi-square values for independence. The results showed that the segregating ratios of the four combinations involving translocation chromosomes CB, JD, FJ and BH, were not equal to 1 : 1 : 1 : 1. It was suggested that two (B and J chromosomes) of the ten chromosome pairs were involved in the seedling growth rate in forage sorghum. |
