中文摘要 | 本文以多環芳香化合物,碳簇籠狀化合物及其衍生物對五種襪狀固定相(Sock-P- Phase, Sock-PO-Phase, Sock-TMP-Phase, Sock-SAF-Phase, Sock-PFP-Phase) 在正相層析 條件下進行測試評估比較, 所得結果如下:(i) Sock-SAF-Phase 及 Sock-TMP-Phase 對高 分子量碳簇籠狀化合物分離最佳, 且其滯留力較 Sock-P-Phase、 Sock-PO-Phase 及 Sock-PFP-Phase 為強。 (ii) 碳簇籠狀化合物及其衍生物之滯留在 Sock-SAF-Phase 及 Sock-TMP-Phase 固定相上比多環芳香化合物有較高之選擇特性, 但在 Sock-PFP-Phase 固 定相上則正好相反,且部分多環芳香化合物之滯留力較碳簇籠狀化合物為強。(iii) C ��、 C�╮BC、C、及 C�l 等碳簇籠狀化合物在此五種襪狀固定相之滯留力評估為:Sock-SAF- Phase>Sock-TMP-Phase>Sock-PO-phase>Sock-P-Phase>Sock-PFP-phase。 |
英文摘要 | The retentions of several PAHs, fullerenes and the derivatives of fullerene on five sock type stationary phases (Sock-P-Phase, Sock-PO-Phase, Sock-TMP-Phase, Sock-SAF-Phase and Sock-PFP-Phase) were examined under normal phase conditions. The evaluation of these five stationary phases results as follows: (i) The Sock-SAF-Phase and Sock-TMP-Phase gave the best separation for the high molecular weight fullerenes. The retention power of these phases was much greater than that of Sock-P-Phase, Sock-PO-Phase and Sock-PFP-Phase. (ii) The retentions of fullerenes and their derivatives on Sock-SAF-Phase and Sock-TMP-Phase had the higher selectivities than those of PAHs, whereas the retentions of some fullerenes on Sock-PFP-Phase gave the lower selectivities than those of PAHs. (iii) The retention power of C ��, C ��, C, C, and C �l on these five sock type stationary phase was evaluated as:Sock-SAF-Phase>Sock- TMP-Phase>Sock-PO-Phase>Sock-P-Phase>Sock-PFP-Phase. |
