英文摘要 | In this report, we use mouse osteoblast cell culture and scrape loading / dye transfer (SL/DT) techniques to detect the cell sensitivity to the effective magnetic field, which is the vector coupling of 14Hz extremely low frequency (ELF) signal induced magnetic field and current density within cells induced magnetic field to the geomagnetic field. Mouse osteoblast cell culture is exposed to 14Hz ELF provided by a helical coil for sixty minutes. We found the significant Gap Junction Intercellular Communication (GJIC) modulation within mouse osteoblast cells. |
