中文摘要 | 本文主要報告空軍官校15位通過基本組飛行訓練之學官,透過訪談所提出之有關 在基本組階段學習飛行之心得回饋。期盼訪談內容如下:「結訓感受、對於飛行的意念、在 學習過程中覺得情緒低潮或是得意的事情、以及什麼因素助他完成基本組飛行訓練」。每位 受訪者之訪談內容初步分析分為兩大類:1. 「學習」飛行的策略,2. 「壓力調適」。在「 學習策略」方面,多數受訪者提到了「模擬」思考的重要;在「壓力調適」方面,維持良好 學習習慣、個人的企圖心、以及教官與同學的支持都是有助於壓力調適的因素。 |
英文摘要 | This paper reports the graduates' flight-learning recall by interviewing a sample of 15 Chinese Air Force Academy graduates who completed the basic flight training program. The interviewees reported several topics including feelings of completing the whole program, intentions of receiving flight training, stories of being up and down, and factors of facilitating them to complete the training. The contents of interviewees' recalls were roughly classified into two categories: flight-learning strategies and stress-adjustment methods. By recall to simulate flight-operation procedures is an important learning strategy. There are factors facilitating stress adjustment, such as to keep a good learning habit, strong will and support from instructors and classmates. |
