中文摘要 | 本論文的主要目的是在探討兒童的骨質密度,其與身體組織成份分析, 生化及新陳代謝分析,韌帶鬆弛度及其他生長參數的相關情形。 從民國77年到80年,總共有86位正常的兒童接受骨質密度的測定及其他參數的研 究,其中包括有39位男孩及47位女孩,其年齡範圍從5歲到14歲,平均是9.2歲。 骨質密度是利用雙光子分子吸收測定儀檢查,這些兒童的平均是每平方公分有 0.82克,範圍則介於0.69到0.98之間。其骨質密度與年齡大小、身高與體重都成正 比關係。但三者因為互有關係,因此當以多重迴歸分析統計時,只有年齡及體重 仍有統計上的意義。如果繼續以多重迴歸分析統計,則發現血中含鈣量,身體的 脂肪百分比都在統計上與骨質密度相關。女孩于在超過12歲以後,其統計上出現 骨質密度比男性高的情形,而這個發現也與體重及脂肪百分比同時存在。因此, 我們認為青春期女性骨質密度較高的事實,而血鈣的變化是其中一項過程。總 之,我們認為年紀與體重都是影響兒童骨質密度的重要因素。(慈濟醫學 1996;8:285-292) |
英文摘要 | The assessment of bone mineral density (BMD) of children and its relationship with anthropometricparameters is the main concern of our study. From 1988 to 1991, eighty-six normally growing children without medical diseases wereinvestigated for evaluation of their BMD and growth profiles. Thirty-nine boys and forty-seven girlsparticipated in the program. They were 9.2 years of age in average with the range from 5 to 14 years.The BMD determined by dual photon absorptiometry (DPA) was 0.82 g/cm�� in average with the rangefrom 0.69 to 0.98 g/cm��. The multiple regression was used to determine the correlation between BMDand parameters related to growth, biochemistry, and body components in order to differentiate theimpacting factors. Among them, age(p<0.05), weight(p=0.0001), non-ionized calcium (p<0.05) andpercentage ofbodyfat(p<0.05) were noted to be statistically significant. Girls, older than 12 years ofage, had higher BMD than boys of the same age. The correlation coexisted with increase of body weightand percentage of body fat. Through the statistical analysis, the correlating factors of bone mineraldensity of children seem mainly related to body weight, the most important static mechanical factor.Thus age and weight are important factors to determine the BMD of children.
