中文摘要 | 本研究係運用行業分析法分析專校 (專科學校) 層級電子技術員需具備的技術能力。研究中採用修正型DACUM法和修正型V-TECS法、發展出一種技術能力問卷。再透過立意取樣問卷調查與實地訪談並用方法,蒐集電子業廠商有關管理人員與技術人員對各項電子技術能力之平均使用頻率、重要等級、未來需求性之意見。最後分析並研擬出電子技術員需具備技術能力項目和等級。故,本研究不僅可作為專校電子科新課程實施的重要參考,並且對縮短理論與實務教學差距有很大的助益。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to develop the electronic technological competencies of Duty/Task profile by way of revised DACUM and revised V - TECS methods of trade analysis. Both purposive-sampling questionaire survey and interview were implemented, and opinions of various occupants were obtained from managers, engineers and technicians of related enterpries of electronics. Then, "Frequency", "Importance Rank",“Future need" were used to analyze the item of above duty/task technological competencies. Finally, those entry-level technological competencies for the electronic technician graduated from junior colleges were analyzed and proposed. The contributions of this paper not only provides an important source of reference for the new curriculum implementation of electronic department in junior colleges, but also bridges the gap between theory and practice for electronic technological education. |
