中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的乃在於探討企業資訊部門本身的地位與角色扮演對於資訊部門的士氣與資訊部門的績效是否有顯著的相關。經由對96家企業的調查,本研究以因素分析法與路径分析法來驗證部門角色地位與部門士氣與績效的直間接關系,研究結果顯示資訊部門對其他部門的影響力、服務使用者的角色、配合公司營運目標的角色、高階主管的支持等因素對部門的士氣與績效都有影響,此外部門在公司的地位高低亦與績效有相關,而部門的士氣則與部門的整體績效沒有顯著相關。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among performance of MIS department, the morale of MIS staff and the different roles that MIS plays, 96 organizations have been surveyed. Factor analysis and path analysis are utilized in this study to test and examinee the relationships among above factors. Th results indicate that the different roles MIS have played (e.g. user-service role, goal-support role etc.) have significant impact on MIS department's morale and performance, and the position of MIS on the organization also have influence on performance of MIS the relationship between morale and the performance of MIS is not found significant. |
