中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解國小實習教師價值觀、任教意願及教育專業信念之現況,並探討其相關性,及價值觀、任教意願對教育專業信念的解釋預測力。 研究採文獻分析及問卷調查法,以九所師範學院八十三學年度大四結業之國小實習教師為對象,有效樣本計338人。研究工具為研究者自編之「教師教育專業信念問卷」、「任教意願問卷」及修訂M.Rokeach之「價值觀念問卷」。 本研究重要發現為: 一、實習教師之教育專業信念普遍積極正向。 二、實習教師較重視工具性價值(道德價值與能力價值),較不重視目的性價值(個人價值與社會價值)。 三、實習教師的任教意願其重要性依序為工作意義、工作性質、自我興趣、現實因素。 四、價值觀、任教意願與教育專業信念有顯著相關性,價值觀及任教意願愈高分者其教育信念愈積極正向。 五、價值觀與任教意願對整體及分層面之教育專業信念具有相當的預測作用,其解釋變異量為16%-66%。其中較具預測力為任教意願的四個因素。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to conduct on inquiry into the current situation of values、educational willingnesses and educational profession beliefs of the probationary teachers in elementary schools. It also examined the correlation and the prediction of values and eduational willingnesses for educational profession beliefs. The major methods were literatyure analysis and questionaire, whose subjects were 338 graduates of a Taiwan national teachers colles in 1994. The main findings of this research were as follows: 1.The educational profession beliefs of prbationary teachers, in general, are active. 2.These probationary teachers focus more on instrumental valuse. 3.The importance of eduational willingnesses of probationary teachers in order are the meaning of working、the characters of jobs、self-interests and practical factors. 4.There is siqnificant and positive correlation among values、educational willingnesses and educational profession beliefs. 5.Values and educational willingnesses could explain siqnificatly the 16%-66% of variances of educational profession beliefs. |
