中文摘要 | 國內國中生對心肺復甦術(Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation; CPR)的知識及技能相當缺乏,因此舉辦相關的訓練是必須的。本研究目的為瞭解心肺復甦術教學對國中學生的成效。本研究採類實驗法設計,以竹縣某國中二、三年級56名參加暑期輔導的學生為對象,施以四小時心肺復甦術教學課程,並在課程實施前施予筆試測驗,課程結束後立即進行筆試測驗及技術測驗,以瞭解教學之成效。並且在二個月後,再次施予一次筆試測驗,以瞭解心肺復甦術教學之延長效應。所得測驗資料經統計分析後,結果顯示為:(l)心肺復甦術前測驗平均分數為46.79±15.22,立即測驗的平均分數為75.36±10.16,後測驗的平均分數為71.33±15.59,前測驗分別與立即測驗、後測驗之平均值皆有顯著之差異[t(下標 (55))=-14.09,p<.001與t(下標 (53))=-10.39,p<.001]。(2)三年級的學生在後測、後測減前測差距優於二年級的學生[t(上標 (52))=-4.31,p<.001;t(上標 (52))=-2.35,P<.05]。(3)智育成績在後測與前測差距有顯著之差異[F(下標 (3,50))=3.32,P<.05],成績最差的組別優於成績最佳的組別。(4)對國中生施以心肺復甦術教學後二個月仍具有成效。 |
英文摘要 | The knowledge and skill of Cardio -Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) are rather deficient for the junior high school students in Taiwan. Therefore, it is necessary to hold the related CPR training. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of the CPR training program. A quasi-experimental research was used and fifty-six experimental subjects who attended the summer programs were educated by a four-hour CPR course from a junior high school in Hsin-Chu. In order to realize the education effects, two examinations, one before the CPR course and the other immediately after that, were performed. Moreover, far investigating retarded effects of the CPR course, an examination was held again after two months later. Experimental data was analyzed and revealed that: (1) The mean values are 46.79±15.22 for the pre-examination, 75.36±10.16 for the post-examination, and 71.33±15.59 for the test after two months. There are significant differences among the pre-examination, post-examination, and the test after two months [t(subscript (55))=-14.09, p<.001; t(subscript (53))=-10.39, p<.001]. (2) Both the score of the post-examination and the difference of the scores between the post-examination and the pre-examination for the third grade students are better than those for the second grade students [t(subscript (52))=-4.31, p<.001; t(subscript (52))=-2.35, P<.05]. (3) There is significant difference between the post-examination and the pre-examination of the intelligent performance [F(subscript (3,50))=3.32, P<.05]. The students with the worst intelligent performance have better score than those with the best intelligent performance. (4) The effects of the CPR program can last longer than two months. |
