中文摘要 | 中共的改革開放政策,引進蛉來資本家在大陸地區進行資本積累,社會財富的確增加了,但中共吸收和借鑒先進資本主義國家的生產方式同時,卻產生當年馬克思所斷言的工人的貧困和對工人的壓迫力量,工人在社會上的地位開始下降,不再享有過去長達二、三十年的風光。這此外來資本家貪婪、粗暴、毫無人性的作法,咨意違法侵犯工人人身權益,強制長時間加班,任意剋扣、施欠工資、獎金,無視應有的安全衛生,使得勞資爭議、罷工事件頻傳。或許勞資雙方該跳出傳統必然對立和對抗的零和競賽,發揮同人愛,排斥零和,走向雙贏,共生共榮,才是智舉。 |
英文摘要 | Since the PRC adopted open door policy, foreign capitalists have moved in the mainland China and have created prosperity for the society. However, the growing significance of the capitalism in the mainland also has created a group of poor working class, which Marx predicted long time ago. The Status of labors is not only not as respected as two decades ago, but also is deteriorating. Many greedy and callous foreign employers intentionally violate the rights of employees by extending working hours, deducting or delaying alaries and bonus. As well as paying no attention to security and sanitation of their employees. As a result, the conflicts between the employers and employees become a commonplace. It would be beneficial if both parties can cooperate with each other to turn a zero-sum game into a win-win situation. |
