英文摘要 | The Republic of China has contracted with the United States and France to purchase advanced fighter of F-16 and Mirage 2000 in the long run, though thousands of setbacks would be piled up hundreds of frustration in diplomatic negotiation. At the same time, the jet fighter of IDF which is developed and produced by Aircraft Industrial Development Center also has been serving in Air Force. If we would neglect the flight safety in the exchange process that these advanced fighter substitute for the traditional jet fighter such as F-5E and F-104, all military power of Air Force would have been influenced even then weaken it. Based on this point, this paper is doing research by means of the F-16 exchange experience of U.S.A.. Moreover, this article will analysis the current situation in F-5E and F-104, application of safety system and humman factor engineering how to respond to the flight safety of advanced fighter for our Air Force in the near futhre. |
