中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於建立鈦合金之熱模鍛造技術,並評估以機械式壓床將熱模鍛造製程應用於高爾夫球頭(5號鐵桿)製造之可行性。 研究重點包括1.加熱系統及模具系統設計;2.預成形及完成鍛模具設計;3.鍛造製程參數評估及;4.鍛件之金相觀察與機械性能分析。 研究結果顯示:1.預成形彎曲模具之設計需避免彎曲時造成大端部面的刮傷,此將導致完成鍛時夾縫現象的產生。2.在β製程溫度下 (1050℃),鍛胚之流動性較α+β製程溫度下(950∼970℃)之鍛胚流動性為佳,成形負荷亦較α+β製程為低。3.β製程鍛件之抗拉強度、 降伏強度、伸長率及硬度值與α+β鍛件相當,降伏強度均在890MPa以上,但β製程鍛件之斷面縮減率(39%)則明顯低於α+β製程鍛件之斷 面縮減率(50%)。 |
英文摘要 | This project aims to develop the hostile forging technology for titanium alloys, and to estimate the possibility of manufacturing titanium alloy golf clubs (No.5 iron club) by hot-die forging process using mechanical press. The main work of this project includes: 1. The design of heating system and tooling system. 2.The design of perform and finisher dies. 3.The evaluating of forging parameters and 4. intro-structure observation and mechanical properties analysis. The results reveal that 1.The geometry design of bending die shall prevent the end face of perform form scraping as this will result in fold defect during finish forging. 2.The titanium alloy is more easily to flow in β process temperature (1050℃) than in α+β process temperature (950~970℃), and the forging load of βprocess is also lower than that of α+βprocess. 3.The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness of β forgings, are about the same level as those of α + β forgings. However, the reduction of area of β forgings (39%) is obviously lower than that of α + β forgings (50%). |
