中文摘要 | 本文探討英國「契約教師計畫」的實施,可能對我國師資培育制度改革的啟示。濁中首先探討中英兩國師資培育對「理論」和教育學程內容的知不同,對大學課程中的「理論」部份做概念上的釐清。其次,作者將系統式地介紹英國目前「契約教師計畫」師資的培育過程,探討整個計畫目前所可能發生的一些困難;以及大學培訓機構的因應措施。最後針對我國的清況提出建議,以作為日後我國師資培育發展之參考。 本研究訪問了英國里茲大學(Leeds University)教育學院三位負責教。訪談內容主要是針對英國目前的小學契約教師培訓計畫的現況優點和缺失,以及未來的發展方向。臺灣部份則訪問了臺南師院的三位教授,訪談內容主要是有關師院課程和教育實習。 根據本研究的討論,研究者提出三項建議: 一、加強師範生自我反省的能力; 二、強化小學指導教師與實習學校的輔導能力; (一)考慮實習學校的區位 (二)加強指導老師的專業能力 三、師院與縣市教育單位的督導 (一)選擇實習學校 (二)推動指導老師的在職進修 (三)定期考察實習老師的教學 (四)督導實習學校對實習老師的輔導 (五)評鑑實習計畫 |
英文摘要 | This article introduced the “Articled Teacher Scheme” in England. The author intends to figure out the advantages and disadvantages of this scheme, and therefore, they might benefit to our teacher education. First of all, the different assumptions of ‘theory’ and ‘knowledge’ are explored. Secondly, some problems of this scheme are discussed. How the higher education institutions acted towards these problems is also concerned. Finally, it proposed some suggestions for the innovation of the teacher education in Taiwan. Three lecturers and professors in Leeds University are interviewed. The content is about the advantages and disadvantages of this sceme and how this programme is going to be in the near future. The researcher also interviewed three professors in the Tainan Teachers College, and the content is about the college courses and educational practice. The researcher proposes three suggestions: 1. Strengthen student teachers’ ability of self-reflection. 2. Build up the counselling ability of the tutors and primary schools. ?consider the ecology of the primary school. ?promote the tutors’ professional ability. 3. Carry out the guidance form the Teachers Colleges and Local Educational Authority. |
