中文摘要 | 模糊結構化模型 (FSM) 因可有效分析複雜系統之整體結構,並可探討系統組成元素間之關聯性,故可用以解析複雜系統問題。本研究先摘述FSM之數學基礎及其演算法,再以一個具24部門之行政機關為例,經由該機關各部門之公文量研析其間之從屬關係。實證顯示,FSM法除可明確找出此行政機關之組織結構及工作流程等特性外,亦可推廣至多元複雜社會系統結構之探討,為一甚有用之分析工具。 |
英文摘要 | FSM (Fuzzy Structural Model) can be applied to solve complex problems of a system because it not only can effectively analyze the whole structure of complex system but a1so can explore the relationship between components within a system. This study first aims at briefly present at mathematical foundation and algorism of FSM then elícit the case of a 24-department administrative organization to analyze the subordinative relations between departments from the example. Field studies prove that FSM is useful to01 to detect t the organizational structure and working process with administration. 1t also can be applied to explore the structure of a multi complex social system. |
