中文摘要 | 本研究利用三種耐燃藥劑(立安302,立安202及DRICON)噴塗蔗渣與杉木鉋花廢料(60% : 40%混合比)之粒片後,再噴塗8.5%(粒片絕乾重)PF膠合劑,以再製成絕乾密度為0.7g/cm^3之蔗渣與杉木鉋光廢料混合耐燃粒片板再探討其耐燃性,另將單板浸潰耐燃藥劑後再製成單板貼面粒片板。所得結果如次:(1)經噴塗立安302型耐燃藥劑達15%吸收量之耐燃粒片板可達CNS6532之耐燃三級之標準,當柳桉單板施以10%之立安302型浸潰單板2小時後配合立安202型混合膠料使用亦可達到CNS6532耐燃三級之試驗標準。(2)相同耐燃藥劑吸收量時,立安302型與DRICON兩種耐燃藥劑之耐燃性質並無差異,而立安202型耐燃藥劑則由於使用方式之限制,並不適於素面耐燃粒片板的製造。(3)耐燃粒片板之密度、含水率、靜曲性質、內聚強度及木螺絲保持力等性質,除編號D(立安302,10%;單層)、E(立安302,15%;單層)、F(表底層:立安302,15%,中層:立安302,10%:三層)粒片板屬於CNS 2215 150型標準外,其它六種耐燃粒片板均可達CNS 2215 200型標準。本實驗之耐燃劑不會影響粒片板之膠合性能。(4)耐燃粒片板之浸水膨脹率均較素面粒片板為小,尤其單層結構粒片板(編號B~E)的浸水膨脹率會較素面粒片破滅低50%~88%。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the manufacturing conditions of fire-retardant particleboard made from bagasse and wood savings. The mixed ratio of two particles above 60:40 and they were treated with three different fire-retardants respectively. This fire-retardant particleboard was made in the manufacturing condition of 0.7g/cm^3 oven dry weight density and 8.5% resin (PF) glue level and then its fire-retardant performance was evaluated. The veneer impregnated with fire-retardant and also used to make veneer overlaid particleboard. The experimental results are summarized as follows: (1) The fire-retardant particleboard with 15% absorption of Rian type 302 fire-retardant can pass the standard of third class of CNS 6532. The lauan veneer was impregnated with 10% concentration of Rain type 302 fire-retardant about 2 hours and then using composite adhesive with Rain type 202 fire-retardant and PF resin to make veneer overlaid fire-retardant particleboard also can pass the standard of third class of CNS 6532. (2) With the same amount of absorption, there was no significant difference in the fire resistance between Rian 302 and DRICON fire-retardant. However, Rian type 202 fire-retardant was not suitable for the manufacture of fire-retardant particleboard due to the limit of processing method. (3) The density, moisture content, bending properties, internal bonding and screw holding strength of particleboard except those with code No. of D (Rian 302, 10%; single layer), E (Rian 302, 15%; singIe layer) and F (Rian 302, 15% insurface layer, Rian 302, 10% in core; three layer) can meet the standards of CNS 2215-150, while other five types of particleboards can meet the standards of CNS 2215-200. The bonding properties of particleboards were not affected by the fire-retardants used in this study. (4) The water absorbed swelling percentage (β %) of fire-retardant particleboard was smaller than that of non-fire-retardant particleboard, especially the values of thickness swelling (β %) for single ply structural particleboard (Code NO.B~E) were reduced 50%~88% than those of non-fire-retardant particleboard. |
