中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討不同強度消耗相等熱量的運動對血液脂肪中的總膽固醇、高 密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇及三酸甘油脂濃度, 在運動前、運動後 5 分鐘、 運動後 1、 24、 48 小時等五個不同時間之差異。 本研究以 11 名平均年齡為 21.45 ± 1.57 歲,身高 175 ± 4.55 公分,體重 67.58 ± 12.80 公斤的年輕男性為受試對象。研 究所得的資料採相依樣本二因子變異變數分析及雪費氏事後比較方法分析,結果發現: 一、不同強度(最大努力、75% HRmax 及 55%HRmax )運動在改變血液脂肪的效果上並沒有 顯著差異( P>0.5 )。 二、 總膽固醇和高密度脂蛋白膽固醇濃度在最大力運動後 5 分鐘顯著高於運動前與運動後 1、24 及 48 小時;而在 75%HRmax 運動後 5 分鐘,總膽固醇濃度顯著高於運動後 1 小時 ,高密度脂蛋白膽固醇濃度顯著高於運動後 24 小時。 三、三酸甘油脂及低密度脂蛋白膽固醇濃度在運動前與運動後 5 分鐘、 1、24、48 小時等 五個不同時間上皆沒有顯著差異。 結論:不同運動強度的單次運動在影響血液脂肪的效果上並沒有顯著的差異,若要改善血液 脂肪並不一定要從事高強度的激烈運動,同時,運動時間有必要持續一段時間,使運動總量 達到某一能量消耗時,才能使運動的效果更為顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the difference of the effect of exercises with different intensity which consume equal calories with total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglyceride before exercise, 5 minutes post-exercise, 1 hour post-exercise, 24 hour post-exercise and 48 hour post-exercise on blood lipids。 The subjects are 11 young males。 Their average age is 21.45 ± 1.57。 Their average height and weight are 175 ± 4.55 cm and 67.58 ± 12.80 kg。 The datas were analyzed by two-factor analysis of variance and posterior comparison。 The results were as follows: 1.Exercises with different intensity (exhaust、 75% HRmax and 55% HRmax) and blood lipids were found not significant difference。 2.Total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol concentration at exhaust 5 minutes post-exercise had significantly higher level than 1 hour, 24 hours, 48 hours befor and post-exerise; but at 75% HRmax 5 minutes post-exercise shown, total cholesterol concentration had significantly higher level than 1 hour post-exercise, high density lipoprotein cholesterol concentration had significantly higher level than 24 hour post-exercise。 3.Triglyceride concentration and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were found not significant difference befor exercise and 5 minutes post-exercise, 1 hour post-exercise, 24 hour post-exercise and 48 hour post-exercise。 Conclusion: There is no significant difference between a single bout of exercises with different intensity and blood lipids。 If anyone wants to improve blood lipids, it is not necessary to do high-intensity exercise。 Meanwhile, it is necessary to last exercise duration for a period of time to make-total exercise amount reach somewhat energy expenditure。 Therefore, it is valid to do this kind of exercise。 |
