中文摘要 | 傳統之水質評判多屬定率性(Deterministic )之方法,即以二分法(如「非此 (甲類)即彼(乙類」)判定河川或水庫某定點之水質污染程度或水體類別。然水質之污染 程度實際上存在若干程度之不確定性與模糊性(如「亦此(甲類)亦彼(乙類)」),傳統 定率性之方法已無法整體、客觀地描述與判定水質之實際狀況。 鑑於定率性之水質指標評判(如指數分類法)仍多具爭議性,而「模糊聚類分析」( Fuzzy cluster analysis )不適用於變異性太大之資料, 且目前國內之水庫水質綜合指標尚未建 立,本研究乃以行政院環保署所訂之地面水體分類及水質標準為基準,應用兩種「模糊綜合 評判」( Fuzzy synthetic evaluation )之方法, 包括考慮隸屬函數及權重之「模糊變換 法」( Fuzzy transformation )及利用適合度轉換之「模糊優選法」( Fuzzy optimization )( Tao et al., 1995 ), 對臺灣中部地區德基水庫之水質進行綜合評判 。研究結果顯示,位於中、下游段之水質多屬甲類水體,而位處上游段之水質則優劣不一, 甚至有戊類以下之水體,又若賦予各水質因子NCKU WQI權重後,二法之分類結果則 較顯一致。 |
英文摘要 | Using deterministic scheme such as bisectional method to evaluate or classify the water quality status of rivers and reservoir is a traditional approach. Because of the uncertainty and fuzziness of pollution classification of river water quality, the traditional approach mentioned is no longer to describe and evaluate the water quality status completely. So far, water quality index, a deterministic method, is still questionable one. The fuzzy cluster analysis can not satisfy also as data with larger variation. As such, based on river water quality standard classification conducted by EPA, two new approaches of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, fuzzy transformation using the membership operation with weighting factor and and fuzzy optimization with goodness calculation are employed in this paper to study the water quality status of Techi reservoir that located in the central region of Taiwan. The results of reservoir water quality study show that most of water body except upstream, the classifications are consistent with two different approaches. The inconsistency found at upstream can be improved significantly by weighting factor adapted. |
