中文摘要 | 本文實驗係選用尿素與氨基磺酸銨,加於過氧化氫與精練劑(SUNMORL BK-57) 組成的精練、漂白處理液,對棉╱羊毛織物進行一浴精練漂白處理,並藉由處理液酸鹼值的 降低及活化過氧化氫的作用,來提高織物漂白的效率,縮短處理時間,以及達到有效分析實 驗數據,選擇適當的統計模式,能對影響因子及因子間的交互作用加以研究。 實驗結果顯示,尿素與氨基磺酸銨的存在,可提高處理效果及縮短三分之一以上處理時間。 而且在適當組合處理條件,可降低羊毛的鹼溶解度和羊毛纖維的破壞。本文建議對棉╱羊毛 織物之最佳處理範圍: 過氧化氫 20 30ml/l、氨基磺酸銨 48 g/l、 精練劑( SUNMORL BK 57 ) 1 g/l、尿素 50 70 g/l、焦磷酸鈉 10 g/l 與練漂浴 pH 值 8.5 ± 0.5,在 65 ± 5 ℃下處理 60-80 分鐘。 |
英文摘要 | In this experiment, we add urea and ammonium sulfamate in the processing solution with hydrogen peroxide and scouring agent (SUNMORL BK-57) for scouring and bleaching cotton/wool fabric in one bath. They can enhance scoruing/bleaching efficiency、 reduce processing time and decrease fabrics degraded by hydrogen peroxideactivated and alkali concentration reduced. In the experiment design, we shall use orthogonal table design to analyze the processing factors and their interaction. It is concluded that we can enhance the processing efficiency and reduce one third above treatment time in the presence of urea and ammonium sulfamate of the treatment bath. If we select the adequate treatment condition, we can decrease alkali-solubility and wool fiber degraded. In this experiment, the optimum processing condition is that: Hydrogen peroxide 20-30 ml/l、SUNMORL BK-57 1g/l、 sodium pyrophosphate 10g/l、 urea 50-70 g/l、 ammonium sulfamate 4-8 g/l and pH=8.5 ± 0.5 of the treatment bath in the 65 ± 5 ℃ for 60-80 minutes. |
